A lot of people I know were glad to see the back of 2010, for many it was filled with loss, pain and disappointment. There seem to be a collective sigh of relief once it finally struck midnight and the new year was here, but it was short lived. 18 days in there has already been a world of hurt, so much has been lost. From the floods soaking the country to an online community that within a couple of weeks lost 2 sisters and a husband taken anyway from his wife and little children far too early.
Well enough is enough, if this year is going to get better I'm going to have to step up and make it happen. I was silly to think a new year would mean everything would fall into place, I would get everything I wanted. Time to stop the excuses, time to get off my bum and do all the things I ever wanted to do because we truly don't know what is just around the corner.
